Realme‘s upcoming flagship series which is the GT lineup is around the corner already. The company has already announced the launch date of the upcoming Realme GT 2 series which is scheduled for 20th December at 9:00 GMT. The official poster shared by the company has not revealed anything about the smartphone series but we all know by now that it will be the best of all.
Some previous rumors suggested that the launch might happen on December 9th but the official words came and now we are eagerly waiting for the monster lineup to make a grand entry in the premium segment.
Realme VP Mr. Madhav Sheth had also confirmed the December launch of the Realme GT 2 Pro powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. Recently the company has taken to Weibo to announce its upcoming Realme GT 2 Pro smartphone in China on 9th December that will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC.
From the previously leaked images, we have seen the flat sides of the smartphone and a horizontal camera module. The Realme GT 2 Pro is expected to feature Qualcomm’s upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen1. The phone is also rumored to have a 6.51″ FHD+ AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, LPDDR5 RAM, and UFS 3.1 storage. It will also carry support for 125W UltraDart charging and Realme UI 3.0 based on Android 12 out-of-the-box.
The official announcement of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 came last week from Qualcomm. Now all the smartphone companies are willing to launch their flagships with the new Qualcomm chipset in the coming days. This has become a type of competition where every brand is trying to launch its flagship smartphone first in the market.
