Samsung announced the Galaxy A12 last November with the Helio P35 chipset powering it, the device subsequently was released in India in February. Now Samsung has introduced yet another Galaxy A12 in India but this one is powered by an Exynos 850 SoC.
The new Galaxy A12 runs on Android 11 OS out-of-the-box and is available in two memory configurations, a 4GB+64GB version and a 6GB+128GB version.
The remainder of the device appears to be similar to the original Galaxy A12, the device has the same 6.5″ HD+LCD display with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 15W charging.
It has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and a 3.5mm audio jack. Coming to the camera specs, it has a quad-camera setup on the rear with a 48MP primary sensor, a 5MP ultrawide sensor, a 2MP macro sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor. The front camera is an 8MP selfie shooter.
These specs may ring a bell in your head as the new Galaxy A12 Nacho just released last week in White, Black, and Blue color options.
The Samsung Galaxy A12 retails at $190 or 13,999 INR for the 4GB+64GB variant and $220 or 16,499 INR for the 6GB+128GB variant.
