NODWIN Gaming Appoints Teemu Koski as CEO for MENA Operations

NODWIN Gaming, a global entity in youth entertainment and esports, has announced the appointment of Teemu Koski as Chief Executive Officer of NODWIN Gaming MENA, effective July 1, 2026. Koski will report to Merlin Wiedeking, CEO of NODWIN Gaming International.

In his new capacity, Koski will be responsible for leading the company’s strategic direction, operations, business development, and market expansion across the Middle East and North Africa region. He will also continue to oversee NODWIN Gaming’s global data monetization business.

Koski initially joined NODWIN Gaming (https://nodwingaming.com/) in August 2025 as Chief Business Officer for the MENA region. During his tenure, he was instrumental in broadening the company’s commercial presence, spearheading strategic partnerships, and advancing commercial growth initiatives. His work also involved the development of NODWIN’s data business in MENA, collaborating with publishers, media rights holders, and technology partners to identify new revenue streams.

His continued oversight of the global data monetization business will involve working with publishers, tournament operators, brand partners, and technology providers to enhance the commercial value of esports data rights within NODWIN’s international ecosystem.

Koski’s Professional Background

Before his time at NODWIN Gaming, Koski spent over 15 years with Elisa Corporation, where he established and led Elisa Esports. This venture developed into a recognized esports business in Europe and contributed to establishing sustainable commercial models for the industry.
