OPPO K14 5G: Full Specs at a Glance

The OPPO K14 features a 6.75-inch 120Hz display with 1,125 nits of High Brightness Mode, MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, a 50MP primary camera with a 2MP depth sensor, 8MP front camera, 7,000mAh battery with 45W SUPERVOOC wired charging, and reverse wired charging. It runs ColorOS 15 and comes with IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings alongside SGS 5-Star and Military-Grade MIL-STD-810H certification — a rare combination at this price point.

On the AI front, OPPO has included AI Recompose, AI Perfect Shot, AI Eraser 2.0, and AI Clarity Enhancer for photography — tools that are becoming standard in this segment but appreciated nonetheless. The metallic Deco module design gives it a more premium look than the price suggests. Check out our best phones under ₹20,000 guide on Technosports to see how it stacks up against the competition.
