If you’ve been diving into the K-pop rabbit hole lately, chances are ENHYPEN has already found their way onto your playlist. Formed through the survival show I-LAND under BELIFT LAB and debuting in November 2020, this seven-member powerhouse has taken the global stage by storm. But who exactly are these seven stars — and who is the ENHYPEN leader holding it all together?
Who Is the ENHYPEN Leader?
The ENHYPEN leader is Yang Jungwon, born on February 9, 2004. What makes Jungwon remarkable is that he leads the group despite not being the eldest — a testament to his exceptional maturity, composure, and quiet authority. He’s a Main Dancer and Lead Vocalist who brings both precision and heart to every performance. On stage he’s intense; off stage, he’s warm and relatable — fans absolutely love that duality.
As detailed in the official PinkVilla member guide, Jungwon earned the trust of his members through steady dedication and a calm leadership style that keeps the group grounded through their rapid rise to fame.
