Springfield Comes to Fortnite

Chapter 6 Season 4: Shock ‘N Awesome ends on November 1, 2025, making way for The Simpsons collaboration. This isn’t just cosmetic—the entire map transforms with Springfield-themed points of interest including a Nuclear Plant POI and familiar locations from the iconic animated series.

The map is rumored to feature a cel-shaded look, capturing The Simpsons’ signature animation style, delivering a visually unique Fortnite experience unlike anything seen before.

What’s Confirmed for the Update

Multiple new skins are coming, including Ned Flanders, the Simpsons family, and even Scratchy. A new Simpsons-themed Battle Pass will be available, priced around 950 V-Bucks separately from the current Chapter 6 Season 4 pass.

The Companions feature—pets that follow players around the map with feeding, petting, and minigame interactions—should finally debut after being leaked months ago.

Extended Downtime Expected

Unlike typical Thursday updates, this Saturday patch breaks the usual cycle. Expect extended downtime as the entire game undergoes a significant overhaul with the new island and cosmetics. Plan accordingly if you want to jump in immediately when servers return.

Current Chapter 6 Season 4 Battle Pass progress ends with this update—complete any remaining challenges and claim rewards before November 1 to avoid losing exclusive content.

The Fortnite Simpsons collaboration represents one of gaming’s most ambitious crossovers, bringing 35+ years of animated history into Battle Royale format.
