Speaking about the game, India had complete control over the match. They dominated the stats in possession and attempts on goal as they took 20 shots.

Owing to Chhetri’s 82nd-minute goal, India won the match 1-0 against a strong Nepal side. Moreover, this was India’s first victory in the tournament as they aim to finish in the top two of the table.
