Motorola Moto G31 release is right around the corner as the device receives multiple certifications

Motorola unveiled the Moto G30 in mid-February. This means it has been only seven months since its announcement.

But according to certifications, its successor dubbed as Moto G31 is just around the corner as well, the Lenovo-owned brand is known for refreshing and releasing its devices after a year after their actual release.

This could be the first time that we can expect to see a new model of a Motorola smartphone within a year from the launch of its predecessor.

The upcoming Motorola Moto M31 from Lenovo with model number XT2173 has been certified by NBTC and Wi-Fi Alliance.

The former confirms that it will be a 4G-only handset, while the latter reveals that it will run on Android 11 OS and will come with support for dual-band Wi-Fi. In addition to this, the device has also been certified by EEC.

Apart from the above-mentioned information, we know nothing about the specs the Moto G31 will feature. We can definitely expect to see a lot of similarities in terms of features to the Moto G30.

The Moto G30 has a 6.5″ HD+ 90Hz LCD display, it is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 SoC, has a 64MP+8MP+2MP+2MP quad-camera setup, a 13MP selfie shooter, a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, an IP53 rating, Android 11 OS, and a 5,000mAh battery with support for 20W fast charging.
