According to fresh sources, we now have the specifications of NVIDIA’s Ampere Refresh for desktops leaked online. The card is also known as the GeForce RTX 30 SUPER, and the alleged specs have been revealed by Kopite7kimi.

As we know, the leaker has a great track record and has been accurate on several leaks in the past, however, we still recommend digesting the below-given information with a lot of scepticism. So let’s not waste much time and dive into the leaked information.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 SUPER ‘Alleged’ Specifications

Coming up first is the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 SUPER and this is yet again a Titan-class card and according to the leaker, NVIDIA won’t be using the 3090 SUPER naming convention & go with something else since this is one of their top-tier product.

Coming to the specs, the 3090 SUPER will be rocking the full GA102 GPU core with 10752 cores and 24 GB GDDR6X memory. The memory will be faster-clocked thanks to improved dies from Micron, pushing speeds past 20 Gbps.

next up is the GeForce RTX 3080 SUPER, and the green team will most probably use 70 SMs for a total of 8960 CUDA cores. We have already heard rumors of a GA103 GPU going around for a while now & the RTX 3080 SUPER may end up using the same. The card will rock a 12 GB GDDR6X memory along with a 384-bit bus interface and will also feature faster-clocked DRAM modules.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 SUPER ‘Alleged’ Specifications

now we have the GeForce RTX 3070 SUPER, and this one is slightly less interesting since the only improvement which will be a part of the new card will be the faster GDDR6X memory and the rest of the specs will remain similar including the 5888 CUDA cores.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 SUPER ‘Alleged’ Specifications

finally, we have the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 SUPER which is poised to be the biggest upgrade in the SUPER lineup and will have a much-needed core and memory bump. The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 SUPER will be offering much better specifications than the RTX 3060 Ti with 5632 CUDA Cores in 44 SM units and 12 GB of GDDR6 memory. So we will get 4 GB more memory over the RTX 3060 Ti along with 16% more CUDA cores.  The RTX 30 SUPER lineup is expected to be introduced by the end of this year or early Q1 (most probably during CES 2022).
