Vivo Watch will arrive with a round-shaped dial and up to 18-day standby and dual chipset

Vivo is going to launch a round-shaped smartwatch, with a trading name of – Vivo Watch. The watch comes in two sizes – 42mm and 46mm. But the company has provided a rated 18-day standby endurance on the 46mm version.

Also, we have got some key specifications of this upcoming watch. So, let’s check out what features this upcoming watch will have.

Both variants of the Vivo Watch sports a 316L stainless steel body with a brushed ceramic bezel. Two sizes have a slight difference in the design – the 42mm smartwatch coming with two round buttons on its right side whereas the 46 mm features two flat buttons.

The 42mm smartwatch features a 1.19-inches AMOLED display with (390×390)pixels of resolution and a pixel density of 326ppi. On the other side, the 46mm watch features a slightly larger 1.39-inches AMOLED display with (454×454)pixels of resolutions and the same pixel density as the former.

In terms of dimensions, the 42mm variant measures (42x42x9.7)mm and weighs 35.6 grams, and the other variant measures (46x46x10.6)mm and weighs 46.8 grams.

The Vivo Watch is powered by an ST miniature main control processor along with the Apollo ultra-low power co-processor. The watch comes with 2GB RAM while connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, Glonass, Galileo, and Beidou.

The 42mm version of the Vivo Watch houses a 226 mAh battery, according to the company, it will provide 9 days of battery life. But the 46mm version is backed by a 478 mAh battery that offers 18 days battery on a single charge.

The smartwatch models have 5ATM water resistance and an array of sensors including a 5-core optical heart rate monitor, blood oxygen sensor, accelerometer, gyroscope, air pressure, altitude sensor, ambient light sensor, and a geomagnetic sensor. Regarding fitness tracking, the Vivo Watch comes with intelligence exercise recognition and analysis.

The watch can even monitor outdoor and indoor running, walking, swimming, cycling, mountain climbing, trail running, elliptical machine, free training, high-intensity interval training, and the watch also can monitor your sleep and breathing rate.

Regarding the other specifications, the Vivo Watch can perform typical functions such as, setting alarm, showing notifications, controlling music. The watch will also be featuring Vivo’s Jovi Voice Assistant.

Regarding the pricing, both of the variants of the Vivo Watch are priced at CNY 1299 (roughly Rs. 14,062). The smaller variant comes with Mocha Brown color whereas the dial and the strap are Brown and Select Summer Orange with orange color strap and Black dial. On the other side, the 46mm comes with Shadow Black where both the dial and strap are in black color and another color option for this variant is Brown with Silver dial and Brown Strap.

The watch will go on sale in China on 29th September and will buyers can afford the watch for the pre-orders on the official online store. But the company has not revealed any information on pricing and availability for international markets.
