Realme C3 design & specifications teased by Flipkart

After confirmation of the upcoming Realme C3 by Realme India CEO Madhav Seth, we expected the smartphone to land in this week only but now it seems the company will launch the new low-budget smartphone in the coming month which they did while launching the previous Realme C2.

Realme India has now started sending out media invites for the launch event scheduled for February 6 and the company will also host the live-stream of the event on Facebook and YouTube from 1:30 PM.

The Realme C series have always been sold on Flipkart and now it seems the new Realme C3 will too launch via Flipkart. So, to tease its users, Flipkart has dropped some of the key specs of the smartphone a week ahead of the smartphone launch.

According to the listing, the Realme C3 will be featuring a 6.5-inch display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection and 89.8 per cent screen-to-body ratio. The resolution of the display is not confirmed but we can expect it to be the same HD+ considering this to be a low-budget device.

From the image teased we see a new design of the smartphone and the same teardrop notch that houses the front camera. Interestingly, the Realme C3 will be powered by the recently announced MediaTek Helio G70 SoC and will be offered in two configurations – 3GB+32GB and 4GB+64GB.

The MediaTek Helio G70 is a 12nm octa-core chipset with two high-performance Cortex A75 cores clocked at 2.0GHz, and there are the six efficiency Cortex A55 cores clocked at 1.7GHz.

The battery of the smartphone has been retained to 5,000mAh battery that the company says will offer 30-days standby, 20.8 hours of YouTube streaming, 19.4 hours of music streaming, 43.9 hours of voice-calls and 10.6 hours of PUBG gaming.
