Zenless Zone Zero 2.0 Polychrome Count: What the Leaks Reveal

The upcoming Zenless Zone Zero 2.0 update, set to launch on June 6, 2025, has the community abuzz thanks to a detailed leak shared by X user @PalitoGodd. According to the leak, players can expect to amass a staggering 22,425 Polychromes and 26 Encrypted Master Tapes throughout the patch. This haul translates to approximately 166 free pulls, not even counting additional opportunities on the Standard and Bangboo banners. For those who invest in the Interknot Membership or the game’s battle pass, the total number of free wishes could climb as high as 2025.

The sources of these free pulls are impressively diverse, ranging from permanent content like story progression and map exploration to frequent activities such as daily logins, weekly errands, and recurring events. Limited-time events, anniversary rewards, and special quests further boost the Polychrome count, ensuring that diligent players are richly rewarded for their engagement. While these numbers are based on leaks and subject to change, they offer a tantalizing glimpse into the generosity of the upcoming patch.

Where to Get Free Polychrome and Pulls in Zenless Zone Zero 2.0

To maximize your free pulls in Zenless Zone Zero 2.0, it’s crucial to understand where Polychrome and Master Tapes come from. Permanent content provides a solid foundation, with story clears, map exploration, agent trust milestones, and achievement rewards all contributing to your total. For example, simply exploring the map can yield around 1,560 Polychromes, while agent trust and dates add another 420. Achievements and special in-game shops like the Devon Pawnshop and Fortune Dices offer additional Polychrome rewards, making it worthwhile to pursue every available objective.

Frequent content is another major source of free pulls. Daily activities alone can net you 2,520 Polychromes over the course of the patch, while game modes like Shiyu Defense and Deadly Assault contribute thousands more. Hollow Zero, a recurring event, offers not only Polychromes but also Master Tapes and Boopons, further increasing your pull potential. Weekly errands and monthly shop resets round out the list, ensuring that active players are constantly earning new rewards.

Limited-time events are where the biggest Polychrome windfalls can be found. The Festival Channel event, for instance, is expected to provide 1,600 Polychromes, while Gravitation Attraction and Soul of Steel: Golden Bond add another 2,100 combined. Seven-day login bonuses, TV Schedule events, and special trials all contribute to the total, making it essential to participate in every event during the patch window.

Quests and mail also play a role, with new quests, maintenance compensation, livestream codes, and redeem codes offering hundreds of Polychromes. Pre-registration events and expansion content like Suibian Temple and Hollow Zero: Phantom Paths can yield thousands more, making them must-complete objectives for any Proxy aiming to maximize their pulls.
