Your June 2026 K-Drama Fix on Netflix: A Webtoon Adaptation, a Time-Travelling Villainess, and an Action-Comedy You Won’t Want to Miss

June 2026 may be a quieter month than usual for new K-drama debuts on Netflix, but what it lacks in quantity it more than makes up for in quality. A highly anticipated webtoon adaptation, a hit romance that’s already topping global charts, and a star-studded action-comedy — there’s something for every kind of Korean content fan this month. Here’s your complete guide.

All K-Dramas on Netflix in June 2026

Teach You a Lesson — June 5, 2026

The most anticipated new K-drama arriving in June is Teach You a Lesson, a 10-episode drama adapted from the wildly popular webtoon by Chae Yong Taek. It drops on June 5, 2026, with all episodes releasing on Netflix.

The story centres on Na Hwa Jin, a field supervisor at the Teachers’ Rights Protection Agency — a hyper-competent, morally uncompromising figure nicknamed the “Grim Reaper” — who steps in when students cross the line, parents overstep, and teachers are left without protection or recourse. It tackles one of Korean society’s most hotly debated topics right now: the deteriorating balance of power in classrooms, where teachers’ authority has been steadily eroded.

The cast is exceptional — Kim Mu Yeol and Lee Sung Min are two of the most respected dramatic actors in Korean television, and the pairing alone is enough reason to tune in. Webtoon adaptations have a strong recent track record on Netflix (Solo Leveling being a breakout example), and this one comes with built-in fan anticipation.

Why watch: Sharp social commentary wrapped in a genuinely thrilling procedural, with a lead character who sounds like the kind of relentless hero Korean drama fans love.

My Royal Nemesis — Finale June 20, 2026

Already streaming and already a global hit, My Royal Nemesis wraps up its 14-episode run on June 20, 2026, with new episodes dropping every Friday and Saturday. If you haven’t started yet, now is the perfect time to binge-catch before the finale.

The premise is a delicious mashup: Sin Seo Ri, a present-day actress, finds herself possessed by the soul of a legendary Joseon-era royal concubine — a notorious femme fatale who was sentenced to death by poison. Now armed with a vicious, ruthless Joseon personality, she navigates 21st-century Korea while locked in a love-hate war with Cha Se Gye, a cold and powerful modern chaebol.

The show debuted at #1 in Netflix’s non-English TV global rankings and opened to a 6.0 nationwide rating in South Korea — a genuinely impressive performance that signals this one has real crossover appeal.

Why watch: Im Ji Yeon and Heo Nam Jun’s chemistry is electric, the time-clash comedy is inventive, and the romance builds in exactly the way K-drama fans live for.

Husbands in Action — June 2026 (Date TBC)

The third major Korean title arriving in June is Husbands in Action, a Netflix Original action-comedy film directed by Park Gyu Tae. Exact date still to be confirmed, but it’s locked for June.

When veteran detective Chung Sik (Jin Seon Kyu) discovers his ex-wife has been kidnapped just as he wraps up a major drug bust, he’s forced to team up with the last person he’d choose: her current husband, Min Seok (Gong Myung), a gentle veterinarian. Meanwhile, the capture of the drug lord has set off a violent gang war between rival bosses Do Jun and Yong Gang.

Produced by TPS Company (behind Hard Hit, SEOBOK, 6/45), this one has serious Korean blockbuster credentials and an ensemble cast that includes Kim Ji Suk, Yoon Kyung Ho, Kang Han Na, and Lee Da Hee.

Why watch: The odd-couple buddy dynamic, big action sequences, and a cast brimming with Netflix veterans make this the month’s most fun watch.
