Xiaomi Pad 5 launched officially in Europe from €349

Xiaomi has returned to the Android Tablet market after a hiatus of three years, the company has officially launched the Xiaomi Pad 5 in Europe.

The Android-based tablet comes with an 11″ display and is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 860 chipset, the device comes with quad-speakers and offers support for Xiaomi Smart Pen.

The smartpen offers some convenient features such as keys to quickly jot down notes, taking screenshots, or easily switching between pen and eraser.

The Xiaomi Pad 5 comes in Cosmic Gray and Pearl White color options and its price begins at EUR 349 or 30,300 INR.

Coming to the main specs of the Xiaomi Pad 5, it features an 11″ WQXGA display with 2560 x 1600p resolution. The display offers a refresh rate of 120Hz and comes with HDR10 and Dolby Vision support.

The Xiaomi Pad 5 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC and is paired with 6GB of RAM. The tablet has a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP selfie shooter for video calling.

The Xiaomi Pad 5 comes in two storage variants, a 128GB variant and a 256GB one. The device runs on Android 11 OS topped with the company’s own layer of MIUI for Pad.

The Xiaomi Pad 5 comes with four speakers tuned by Dolby Atmos and is backed by an 8,720mAh battery with 22.5W fast charging support.

  • 6GB+128GB: €349 – ₹30,300
  • 6GB+256GB: €399 – ₹34,600
