Which NBA teams are allowing fans in their arenas this season?

The NBA said that fans might be allowed at a 25-50% capacity after ensuring all the safety protocols. Nothing has become official yet. The Los Angeles Lakers have chosen to play without fans for the whole 2020-21 NBA season.

On the other hand, Golden State Warriors owner Joe Lacob has started that they are prepared to spend more than $30 million on coronavirus testing to bring back fans at a 50 percent capacity.

Brooklyn Nets

Arena: Barclays Center
Capacity: 17,732
The Nets announced that their preseason home game will be played without fans. Later on December 4, they said the Barclay Center will be following New York State guidelines to decide whether when fans can return to games.

Charlotte Hornets

Arena: Spectrum Center
Capacity: 19,077
The Hornets announced that they will be holding home games without fans this season. The franchise said they hope to have fans in attendance later this season.

Cleveland Cavaliers

Arena: Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse
Capacity: 19,432
The Cavaliers revealed their initial health and safety plan, including a state-restricted, reduced seating limit of 300 fans per game. Although, no fans will be in attendance for preseason games.

Indiana Pacers

Arena: Bankers Life FieldHouse
Capacity: 17,923
The Pacers announced they will not have public ticket sales however, the team said it will “look forward to having fans back” at home games in January and will give updates in the near future.

Orlando Magic

Arena: Amway Center
Capacity: 18,846
The Magic announced that they are in the process of developing a socially distanced, limited capacity plan. Also, the health and safety of “everyone connected to our game will be the top priority.”

Sacramento Kings

Arena: Golden 1 Center
Capacity: 17,583
The Kings announced that games will be played without a crowd but fans have an opportunity to purchase a cutout so that they can be part of the action.

Utah Jazz

Arena: Vivint Home Smart Arena
Capacity: 18,306
The Jazz announced that they will play home games at their arena with a limited number of fans and all preseason games will be played without fans.
