The Story: A Road Trip and a Death Threat
Season 2 ended with Enid stuck in her Alpha werewolf form, so Wednesday skips the summer break to hunt for her with Uncle Fester. Filming took over central Paris from April 18, 2026, with Jenna Ortega and Fred Armisen spotted riding Fester’s sidecar motorcycle by the Seine.
Trouble is also brewing at home. A vision of Aunt Ophelia, now played by Eva Green, revealed the chilling words “Wednesday must die”. The creators say this thread will lead to the show’s darkest chapter yet. Tyler is also set to return, and Wednesday and her classmates are now seniors at Nevermore.

Will It Be the Last Season?
Jenna Ortega said in August that the show is “coming to a head,” which worried fans. Co-creator Miles Millar has since said they’ll take as many seasons as Netflix wants, and an Uncle Fester spin-off remains in development. So the door isn’t closed yet.
