Vivo is preparing to launch its latest budget 5G smartphone, the Vivo T4 Lite 5G, in the Indian market. Though the company hasn’t revealed an immediate timeline for the launch, we’re already seeing teasers up on Vivo India’s website and Flipkart, revealing some key elements and placing the phone in the affordable category. The handset is likely to be priced at around the ₹10,000 range and will be the successor to last year’s Vivo T3 Lite 5G.

A standout feature for the Vivo T4 Lite 5G is its 6,000mAh battery, an upgrade from its predecessor, which only ships with 5,000mAh. Vivo says that this is the first phone in the ₹10,000 segment to provide such a big battery, which it says will result in a longer usage time on a single charge. In addition, the phone is confirmed to feature up to 1000 nits of peak brightness, another first in its price category, enhancing visibility under bright lighting conditions.

Under the hood, the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC is expected to power the device, offering solid performance and 5G support. Teasers also highlight the inclusion of AI-backed features and a slim design, catering to users who seek both power and style on a budget. Though the official release date is still unknown, reports suggest that the Vivo T4 Lite 5G will be launched in India by the end of June.

The device will be available for purchase via Flipkart, where a dedicated landing page has already gone live. Interestingly, the Vivo T4 Lite 5G is expected to share similar specifications with the upcoming iQOO Z10 Lite, launching on June 18. That device is confirmed to include an IP64-rated build, the Dimensity 6300 chipset, a 50MP dual camera setup, and up to 8GB RAM with 256GB storage.
