Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection will be made available on PC before the end of the year. The collection would eventually be made available on PC, but Sony has been elusive about when that will be the case. SteamDB initially suggested a July release date would be in the works, however the Legacy of Thieves page has since been updated and now shows an October release date. However, that is actually not the case.
Iron Galaxy is in charge of the PC version of Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection rather than Naughty Dog or Sony’s own port specialists Nixxes Software. Iron Galaxy typically does excellent stuff, although their track record isn’t perfect.
Even if nothing is official and Sony’s alleged delay of Legacy of Thieves may simply be a scheduling issue, one cannot help but wonder whether there has been a problem with the port.
In Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection, two outstanding but possibly not quite iconic experiences get a stylish makeover. Whether or whether this collection is appropriate for you will depend on your scenario. It’s unlikely that anyone who haven’t played either game will feel like their $50 was wasted. If you already own either Uncharted 4 or The Lost Legacy, the advantages of the PS5’s increased resolution and performance are less obvious (or both). In the end, each criminal is free to decide how to use their stolen goods.
Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves is currently accessible on the PS5, and SteamDB reports that the PC version’s placeholder release date of December 30th has been modified.
