Recently, Counterpoint Research has released research the data of the top 10 best selling smartphones globally in the Q3 2019. This list contains the best of the best selling devices shipped around the globe from all smartphone brands.
Here we see the best selling smartphone to be the Apple’s iPhone XR in the Q3 2019 even though Apple’s overall sales declined during this period. In the list, we see the Samsung and Oppo smartphones to dominate and getting the best selling tag.
Samsung’s Galaxy A10, which is a budget device, emerges to be the 2nd highest selling smartphone and we also notice the Galaxy A50 and Galaxy A20 as well. For Oppo, we have the budget centric Oppo A9 which is the fourth in the list and followed by the budget-end Oppo A5s and Oppo A5.
Apple’s iPhone 11 is on the list at the fifth spot, surprisingly, Xiaomi’s only the Redmi 7A is on the list, no signs of the Redmi 8 or Redmi Note 8 series and Huawei’s P30 gains the last spot eventually.
Even though Huawei had some severe issues this year, it’s good to see Huawei’s P30 on the list as well. No signs of Vivo, OnePlus, Realme, Nokia and Motorola also we notice that the budget smartphones are the highest selling ones on an average.
