“The Intern” BTS Photos: Han So Hee & Choi Min Sik Reveal Their Heartwarming Off-Screen Bond

The Korean remake of Hollywood’s beloved “The Intern” just gave fans something extra to smile about — a set of candid behind-the-scenes photos capturing stars Han So Hee and Choi Min Sik goofing around off-camera, proving their on-screen chemistry runs just as deep in real life.

The Intern: A Cross-Generational Office Story

“The Intern” follows Gi Ho (Choi Min Sik), a 37-year-career senior intern who joins WOO22, a rising fashion company led by workaholic young CEO Sun Woo (Han So Hee). It’s the kind of intergenerational workplace dynamic that made the original Hollywood film such a crowd-pleaser, now reimagined with a distinctly Korean sensibility.

What the Photos Reveal?

The newly released stills capture a set full of laughter and warmth, far removed from the composed personas both leads play on screen.

The birthday photo in particular stood out to fans, offering a rare glimpse of the cast’s genuine camaraderie beyond the script.

Why This Matters for the Film’s Buzz?

Behind-the-scenes content like this does real work for a film’s word-of-mouth — it humanizes the cast and builds anticipation among fans who enjoy seeing the people behind their favorite characters. With “The Intern” currently running in South Korean theaters, these glimpses of on-set chemistry are likely to keep audience interest high through its theatrical run.
