You could see the building more clearly—there was absolutely no sign of parking facilities. The structure consists of a ground floor, a mezzanine level (equivalent to one-and-a-half floors), and six residential floors. Behind them, facing the sea, another new building is going up right next to the fence—so much for the sliver of a sea view; the neighboring building is extremely close and is currently under construction. The paving is of poor quality—nothing high-end or expensive. Out front, there is a so-called parking area—or a spot to pick up the car—that takes up only half a floor; it’s nothing special. The living area is average—not impressive like the homes of other celebrities—and the land title isn’t registered in Neetu’s or RK’s name; it wasn’t even in Rishi’s name. Tabloids and PR keep the Kapoor clan in the headlines with lies about a 250-crore valuation, when in reality, the building cost around 40 crore—no more than that!
