Tulsa King Season 3 Release Date Confirmed: Sylvester Stallone Returns This September with New Threats

The wait is finally over for fans of Paramount+’s gritty crime drama. Tulsa King Season 3 has officially been confirmed with a release date of September 21, 2025, bringing Sylvester Stallone back to our screens as the formidable Dwight “The General” Manfredi. With first-look photos already generating buzz and a star-studded cast expansion, the upcoming season promises to deliver more high-stakes drama than ever before.

The Official Tulsa King Season 3 Release Date Announcement

Paramount+ has officially set the premiere date for Tulsa King Season 3 as September 21, 2025. Following the pattern established by previous seasons, new episodes will be released weekly, allowing viewers to savor each installment of Dwight’s evolving criminal empire.

The timing aligns perfectly with the show’s historical release schedule. Season 1 premiered on November 13, 2022, while Season 2 launched on September 15, 2024, establishing a consistent fall premiere window that has become synonymous with the series.

What to Expect from Sylvester Stallone in Season 3

According to the official description, “As Dwight’s empire expands, so do his enemies – and the risks to his crew. Now, he faces his most dangerous adversaries in Tulsa yet: the Dunmires, a powerful old-money family that doesn’t play by old-world rules, forcing Dwight to fight for everything he’s built and protect his family.”

This new storyline introduces a formidable challenge for Stallone’s character. Unlike the traditional mobsters Dwight has faced before, the Dunmires represent a different breed of antagonist – one rooted in generational wealth and influence rather than street-level crime operations.

Stallone’s Continued Commitment to the Series

Stallone secured a significant new deal in November 2024 to continue on the show for two more seasons with a substantial salary increase. This commitment ensures that fans will see the iconic actor portray Dwight Manfredi well into the future, with Season 4 already in the pipeline.

Star-Studded Cast Expansion and Returning Favorites

The Tulsa King Season 3 cast represents one of the most impressive ensemble lineups on television today. Along with Stallone, the cast includes Martin Starr, Jay Will, Annabella Sciorra, Neal McDonough, Robert Patrick, Beau Knapp, Bella Heathcote, Chris Caldovino, McKenna Quigley Harrington, Mike “Cash Flo” Walden, Kevin Pollak, Vincent Piazza, Frank Grillo, Michael Beach, James Russo, with Garrett Hedlund and Dana Delany.

Samuel L. Jackson’s Game-Changing Guest Appearance

Perhaps the most exciting addition to Season 3 is Samuel L. Jackson, who will guest star in multiple episodes before heading up the spinoff series “NOLA King”.

Jackson’s character presents a unique dynamic – a friend from Dwight’s prison days who arrives in Tulsa with orders to kill him, only to become inspired by Dwight’s organization and return to New Orleans to establish his own criminal enterprise.
