SUGA Birthday 2026 — Key Facts at a Glance

What RM Did at 3 AM — and Why ARMYs Loved It

At 3 AM on SUGA’s birthday, BTS leader RM posted a never-before-seen photo of Yoongi in what fans immediately called his iconic “mandu pose” — curled up, cosy, looking like the little dumpling his mom and ARMY have affectionately called him for years. RM kept his birthday message short, just two letters — “HBD” — but in true BTS fashion, that quiet simplicity said everything.

J-Hope’s HYBE Video Was Pure Joy

Hours later, J-Hope shared a video from inside what appeared to be BTS’ practice room at HYBE. Dancers, staff, bodyguards, and all available teammates had gathered for a quick but heartfelt birthday celebration. When SUGA walked in, everyone broke into the birthday song — and in classic Yoongi style, he went shy, avoided eye contact, and quietly expressed his thanks while his members giggled in the background. It’s the kind of moment that reminds you why this group has been beloved for over a decade.

SUGA Goes Live — and Gets Emotional

Later in the day, SUGA hosted a birthday livestream for fans. Two cakes marked the occasion: one shaped like his beloved black cat Tang, another adorned with flowers and a kitty candle. He blew them out, clapped for himself (vintage SUGA energy), and reassured fans that despite the packed schedule, there is plenty to look forward to — nodding to the ARIRANG release on March 20 and a special group livestream the following day.
