There’s no need to file a claim form. If you qualify and did not formally opt out of the settlement before the court’s deadline, compensation will be processed automatically and credited straight to your PSN wallet rather than as a cash payout. The exact payout amount hasn’t been finalized yet, since it depends on total eligible claimants once the settlement receives final court approval.
