If you’ve been waiting for a K-drama that actually feels something, the first teaser for SBS’s Sold Out on You just delivered — and it hits differently.

What Is “Sold Out on You” About?

Sold Out on You is a romantic comedy centering on the unlikely love story between Matthew Lee (Ahn Hyo Seop), a perfectionist farmer working multiple jobs, and Dam Ye Jin (Chae Won Bin), a top home shopping show host battling severe insomnia.

Think: two broken people slowly becoming each other’s safe place. Yes, we’re already emotional.

What Happens in the Teaser?

Scene	Character	Key Moment
Emergency room rush	Matthew Lee	Haunted by past mistakes & painful memories
Office isolation	Dam Ye Jin	Pretending to be okay while falling apart inside
First comfort	Matthew Lee → Dam Ye Jin	“They will realize your decision was correct”
Growing trust	Dam Ye Jin → Matthew Lee	“If it’s you, I think I can feel relieved”
Sweet goodnight	Both	Finally sleeping after endless sleepless nights

The teaser opens with Matthew Lee rushing to an emergency room, his past mistakes weighing heavily, while Dam Ye Jin faces an entire office turning its back on her — forcing herself to stay composed through the pain.

When their worlds collide, Matthew Lee gently tells her, “Eventually, they will realize your decision was correct” — and the two slowly become each other’s anchor. It’s understated, warm, and quietly powerful.

The teaser wraps with both characters sweetly wishing each other goodnight after what feels like a lifetime of sleepless nights soompi — and honestly, that single moment is enough to make you root for them forever.

Why This Drama Could Be a Big Deal

K-dramas have long mastered the art of healing romance, and Sold Out on You looks tailor-made for that genre. A perfectionist who can’t forgive himself + a high-achiever who can’t show weakness = the most relatable couple of 2026.

Ahn Hyo Seop, known for his emotionally charged roles, pairs beautifully with Chae Won Bin’s quiet intensity. The chemistry is already palpable just through the teaser.
