Celebrity Neighbors & Paparazzi Magnet

DLH Enclave houses high-profile residents including comedian Kapil Sharma, singer Mika Singh, and previously served as home to acclaimed actor Irrfan Khan. Located in Oshiwara, Andheri West, the building offers stunning mangrove and creek views while being part of Mumbai’s entertainment industry hub.

With so many celebrities in one building, paparazzi cameras have become a permanent fixture outside DLH Enclave—meaning Dube’s every exit will now be photographed alongside Bollywood and comedy royalty.

Shivam Dube’s Strategic Investment in Rising Luxury Hub

Andheri West offers excellent connectivity via Western Express Highway, Link Road, SV Road, and Versova-Andheri-Ghatkopar Metro line—perfect for a cricketer who represents Mumbai domestically and travels regularly to Wankhede Stadium.

From Train to ₹27.5 Crore Apartment

The purchase carries poignant symbolism. This month, on March 8th, after India’s T20 World Cup victory, Dube famously took a Mumbai local train home with his family—no fanfare, no VIP escort. One week later, he’s investing ₹27.5 crore in sky-high luxury.

Dube’s Rising Profile:

CSK Retention: ₹12 crore for IPL 2025
2024 T20 World Cup: Match-winning 27 off 16 in final
IPL 2025 Performance: 357 runs at strike rate 132
Estimated Net Worth: ₹40 crore

According to IPL official statistics, Dube ranks among top all-rounders by strike rate in recent seasons.

Bottom Line: Cricketer Turned Property Mogul

Shivam Dube’s ₹27.5 crore investment represents calculated wealth management by a cricketer at his career peak. With Grade C BCCI contract, rising brand endorsements (Fire-Boltt, Biryani By Kilo, Rizz Energy Drink), and consistent IPL performance, the 31-year-old all-rounder is securing his financial future while enjoying Mumbai’s most coveted celebrity address.
