This new addition to Sennheiser’s acclaimed MKH 8000 series is set to revolutionize the way audio professionals capture sound, offering advanced recording options and exceptional sound isolation capabilities.

Unmatched Recording Versatility

The MKH 8030 is designed to meet the needs of the most discerning recording professionals. It delivers outstanding M-S, double M-S, and Blumlein stereo recording options, making it an ideal choice for a wide range of audio applications. Whether you need to eliminate the sound of a PA system or avoid picking up an adjacent instrument, the MKH 8030 excels in providing the highest attenuation of neighboring sound sources.

Seamless Integration with the MKH 8000 Series

One of the most impressive features of the MKH 8030 is its compatibility with the existing MKH 8000 series. This microphone has been meticulously engineered to blend harmoniously with the sound signature of other MKH 8000 series microphones, ensuring a coherent and natural sound image with no off-axis coloration.

New Accessories for Enhanced Functionality

To complement the MKH 8030, Sennheiser has introduced updated accessories that enhance its functionality. The MZE extension tubes now feature a rotatable head to accommodate the left/right orientation of the MKH 8030. Additionally, the MZGE 8000 tube connector has been redesigned for improved robustness, and the new MZH 8042 gooseneck allows for exceptional audio quality at the lectern when connected to an MKH microphone, such as the MKH 8040.
