From Workplace Romance to Workplace Crisis

The drama has followed Cha Ji Yoon, an office worker stuck in a career rut, as her entanglement with her prickly boss Kang Si Woo reshapes both her professional and personal life. The new stills mark a sharp tonal shift — instead of the show’s usual romantic tension, this episode plunges Kang Si Woo into a genuine professional reckoning.

The CEO Steps In

New stills show CEO Han Woo Jin summoning Kang Si Woo for a serious sit-down about the relationship, and it’s clear this isn’t a friendly check-in. Kang Si Woo, usually composed and unbothered, looks visibly shaken during the exchange — a rare crack in his typical cool exterior that signals just how serious the situation has become.

Favoritism Accusations Turn Formal

The backlash at the office has escalated well beyond gossip. Growing suspicions of favoritism toward Cha Ji Yoon have reportedly led someone to file a formal complaint against Kang Si Woo, forcing the company to treat the relationship as a real workplace issue rather than a private matter.

The Ultimatum

Facing mounting pressure, Han Woo Jin pushes Kang Si Woo to end things with Cha Ji Yoon in order to put the controversy to rest. It’s a genuine crossroads moment for the character — his career and his relationship now sitting on opposite sides of the same decision.
