Samsung’s TVKey Cloud Technology Redefines Home Entertainment Experience in India

What is Samsung TVKey Cloud Technology?

Samsung TVKey Cloud is a revolutionary solution that allows users to access live TV and on-demand content directly on their Samsung Smart TVs—no set-top box required. By integrating the functionality of a set-top box into the TV itself, this technology reduces the need for additional hardware and cables, delivering a clean, modern, and intuitive viewing experience.

Compatible with Samsung’s 2023 and 2024 Connected TV models, including Ultra HD, OLED, QLED, and Neo QLED, this innovation simplifies the future of live TV. With just a single Samsung Smart TV remote, users can access all their favorite content, making entertainment more convenient than ever.

A Milestone for India’s TV Industry

Dipesh Shah, Managing Director of SRI-Bangalore, highlighted the significance of this innovation:
“TVKey Cloud technology is Samsung’s latest in a series of innovations towards powering Digital India. It helps cable and satellite television providers deliver secure and high-quality content so that consumers can enjoy their favorite content on Samsung TVs seamlessly. The innovative technology will set a new standard in India’s television industry.”

How Does TVKey Cloud Work?

TVKey Cloud integrates directly into the TV’s chipset, enabling service providers to deliver high-quality content without the need for external hardware. All you need is an internet connection (Broadband, 4G, or 5G) to authenticate live TV signals fetched via cable or DTH antenna. This ensures a smooth and secure entertainment experience for users while protecting the long-term investments of content providers.
