The Galaxy S25 and S25+ are expected to showcase premium features. The S25 may have a 6.2-inch FHD+ Infinity-O Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with an adaptive refresh rate of 1–120Hz, whereas the Galaxy S25+ could come with a larger 6.7 inches QHD+ display with the same specs. Both the models are said to arrive with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, which can go up to 4.47 GHz speed, alongside the Adreno 830 GPU, and around 12GB RAM along with up to 512GB storage space.

These devices, which run on Android 15 with One UI 7, guarantee an easy-to-navigate user experience. Coming to the camera, you get a triple rear camera setup: 50MP primary with OIS, a 12MP ultrawide, and a 10MP telephoto with 3x optical zoom. For selfies, the expected 12MP front camera supports 4K video at 60 fps. Both devices are IP68-rated for dust and water resistance, further enhancing their durability. Connectivity options include 5G, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, NFC, and USB-C.

Battery-wise, the S25 is rumored to house a 4000mAh cell with 25W fast charging, while the S25+ might feature a 4900mAh battery with 45W fast charging. The devices are also expected to feature support for both wireless charging and Wireless PowerShare. The flagship Galaxy S25 Ultra model is expected to offer a 6.9-inch Quad HD+ Infinity-O-Edge Dynamic AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC with overclocking support and has up to 1 TB of storage, which aims to set the bar for performance.

The camera system could include a 200MP main sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide, and telephoto lenses with up to 100x Space Zoom. As for these leaks, they provide a taste of what’s to come, but the official details won’t be revealed until the January 22 launch event.
