It seems that Samsung will be using a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 or Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset for its Galaxy A36 5G, a break from MediaTek and Exynos processors. Its dimensions are 162.6 x 77.9 x 7.4mm, so it’s shorter, but a tiny bit wider and slimmer than the Galaxy A35 5G. The phone will have the same 6.6-inch FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display, 50MP main camera, 8MP ultrawide lens, and 5MP macro camera as before, but will upgrade the 5MP front camera to a new 12MP shooter. It will probably pack a 5000mAh battery with 25W charging support.

The camera setup is expected to come with a 50MP primary, 12MP ultrawide, and 5MP macro sensor, identical to the A55 and A54. However, the front camera is said to receive a 12MP sensor upgrade. While it is expected to retain the 5000mAh battery, the Galaxy A56 5G may finally support 45W fast charging.
