Sachin’s Son Arjun Tendulkar Begins Wedding Festivities With Ganesh Puja at Ambani’s Jamnagar Palace

India’s biggest cricket family is preparing for its most personal celebration yet. Arjun Tendulkar, son of legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar, and his fiancée Saaniya Chandhok have officially kicked off their wedding festivities — and in the most heartwarming way possible. The couple and both their families flew to Jamnagar on February 26, 2026, to seek the blessings of Lord Ganesha at the iconic Ambani residence, the same sacred venue where Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant wed. If that’s not a beautiful omen, what is?

The Ambanis Extend a Warm Welcome to the Tendulkars

The Ganesh Puja at the Ambani family home in Jamnagar was a deeply emotional and auspicious affair. The entire Ambani family — Nita Ambani, Mukesh Ambani, Akash Ambani, Shloka Mehta, and even Anant Ambani with wife Radhika Merchant — were present to welcome the Tendulkars and the Chandhoks with open arms.

The Mumbai Indians’ official handle shared a touching video of the ceremony, with the caption wishing the couple love, respect, and a lifetime of togetherness. Sachin was clearly moved by the warm reception and reposted the video with a heartfelt message of gratitude, saying the gesture felt even more meaningful when shared with family and friends who had been part of the journey.

It’s a moment that perfectly captures why this wedding feels so special — it’s not just about two people, but two families and a whole world of cricket, love, and legacy coming together.

Who Is Saaniya Chandhok?

Saaniya is a veterinary technician and has been in a relationship with Arjun for a while before the couple got engaged in August 2025. Ahead of the big day, Arjun’s sister Sara Tendulkar hosted a spectacular bachelorette for Saaniya in Masai Mara, Kenya, making it an unforgettable pre-wedding memory.
