On July 29, Redmi launched the Pad Pro 5G and the Pad SE 4G in India. They are the first Redmi tablets to offer Wi-Fi with cellular connectivity. The Pad Pro 5G has a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset, and the Pad SE 4G runs on a Helio G85. Both devices run on Xiaomi HyperOS based on Android 14. The Pad Pro is available in Wi-Fi and WiFi + cellular variants.

All About the Redmi Pad Pro 5G and Redmi Pad SE 4G

The Wi-Fi-only Redmi Pad Pro 5G, available in a single 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant, is priced at ₹21,999. The Wi-Fi + cellular variant starts at ₹24,999 for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage option, and the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage model costs ₹26,999. The Wi-Fi-only version comes in Graphite Grey and Mist Blue, while the Wi-Fi + cellular version is available in Graphite Grey and Quick Silver.

The Redmi Pad SE 4G starts at ₹10,999 for the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage model, and the 4GB RAM and 128GB storage version is priced at ₹11,999. This tablet comes in Forest Green, Ocean Blue, and Urban Grey.

With ICICI and HDFC bank credit cards, consumers can also get an introductory offer of ₹2,000 off on both models. This offer is applicable to EMI transactions made with the bank’s debit and credit cards as well. Both tablet models will be available for purchase starting August 2, 12 PM, on the brand’s website, retail stores, and major e-commerce platforms.

The Redmi Pad Pro 5G measures 280.0 x 181.85 x 7.52mm and weighs 571g. It boasts a 12.1-inch LCD screen with a 2.5K (2560 x 1600 pixels) resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and 600 nits peak brightness. The tablet includes the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset, up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM, and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. It features an 8-megapixel rear camera an 8-megapixel front camera, and a 10,000mAh battery with 33W wired fast charging. The cellular variant supports dual SIM, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, and USB Type-C.

The Redmi Pad SE 4G measures 211.58 x 125.48 x 8.8mm and weighs 370g. It has an 8.7-inch LCD screen with 1340 x 800 pixels resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, and 600 nits peak brightness. It includes the MediaTek Helio G85 chipset, 4GB of LPDDR4x RAM, and up to 128GB of eMMC 5.1 storage. The tablet features an 8-megapixel rear camera a 5-megapixel front camera, and a 6650mAh battery with 10W wired charging. Connectivity options include dual SIM, dual-band Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, and USB Type-C.
