Redmi, the sub-brand of Xiaomi, might be launching another device in its Redmi Note 8 series. Redmi Note 8 Pro and Redmi Note 8T are the existing members of the series and now it looks like Redmi Note 8 (2021) will be added to this.
However, this information is just a leak as announced by this report. The device has a model number M1908C3JGG and is codenamed “biloba”.
The smartphone will be powered with the eight-core Helio G85 chip that comes with an ARM Mali-G52 MP2 GPU and will be coupled with 4 GB + 64 GB and 4 GB + 128 GB storage variants.
It will run MIUI 12.5 out of the box. The device could draw the energy from a modest 4,000 mAh battery cell and will be paired with a 22.5 W fast-charging support.
The display is supposed to come with a waterdrop notch and will have a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The camera module at the back is touted to have the main camera of a 48 MP sensor. The report further suggests that this Redmi Note 8 Reloaded will launch in the Global, EU and Russian markets.
