Appearing on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the global icon dropped a jaw-dropping update about SS Rajamouli’s highly anticipated pan-India film Varanasi — and honestly, the scale of this project will blow your mind.
What Did Priyanka Chopra Say?
PC revealed that the team has already been filming for 14 months and still has roughly six more months to go — making it a staggering 20-month shoot in total. Her exact words? “Go big or go home.” That pretty much sums up everything you need to know about a Rajamouli film.
She also called the director “one of India’s most amazingly talented directors” and gushed about how excited she is to be part of this adventure. For context, Priyanka is returning to Indian films after a 6–7 year gap — and clearly, she chose the right comeback vehicle.
