Pride of Delhi is set to dominate your weekend as this high-octane Bollywood thriller arrives on streaming platforms this week in March 2026. Starring powerhouse actors in career-defining roles, the film promises intense drama, slick action sequences, and the kind of patriotic narrative that resonates deeply with Indian audiences. If you’re hunting for your next binge-worthy Bollywood release, this is the moment. We’ve got all the details on where to watch, pricing, and why this film matters for the Indian OTT ecosystem right now.

Why This Matters in March 2026

The Indian OTT landscape has shifted dramatically over the past six months. With competition intensifying between Netflix India, Prime Video, and JioCinema, studios are releasing premium Bollywood content faster than ever. March 2026 marks a turning point where mid-budget Bollywood films are getting simultaneous or near-simultaneous OTT drops, cutting theatrical windows from 45 days to just 30.

Pride of Delhi exemplifies this trend—it’s a Rs 85-crore production that already banked Rs 62 crores domestically during its theatrical run. The OTT release signals studios’ confidence in direct-to-streaming monetization. For Indian audiences, this means premium Bollywood content is now accessible from your couch within weeks of release, a shift that reshapes how we consume Hindi cinema.

Where to Stream: Platform Availability and Pricing

Prime Video has secured exclusive streaming rights for Pride of Delhi in India, with the film launching Friday, March 21, 2026. The platform is bundling this release with its broader March slate, making it a marquee title for subscribers.

A Prime Video annual subscription costs Rs 1,499, while monthly access runs Rs 199. For non-subscribers, the film will be available for rental at Rs 99 and purchase at Rs 349—standard pricing for premium Bollywood releases on the platform. Expect 4K HDR streaming on compatible devices and offline download capability for Prime members, a feature that drives adoption in India’s semi-urban markets where internet speeds remain inconsistent.

Cast, Crew, and Critical Reception

Directed by Anurag Kashyap collaborator Vishal Pandya, Pride of Delhi features Ranveer Singh in a gritty undercover cop role opposite Deepika Padukone as an intelligence officer. The supporting cast includes Nawazuddin Siddiqui as the antagonist—a Delhi-based crime boss with international connections.

Early Rotten Tomatoes scores from international critics hover around 72% Fresh, while Indian audience reactions on IMDb currently sit at 7.8/10 based on 18,000+ user ratings. The film’s cinematography by Anil Mehta captures Delhi’s underbelly with visceral precision, and the background score by A.R. Rahman adds psychological depth. Runtime is 148 minutes, so budget a solid evening for the full experience.

Why Indian Audiences Should Watch This Week

Pride of Delhi taps into the patriotic thriller genre that dominated Indian cinema post-2019, but with a modern, morally ambiguous lens. Unlike sanitized spy dramas, this film explores the grey zones between duty and corruption—themes that resonate with viewers aged 18-45.

The action sequences, choreographed by Peter Hein, rival international spy thrillers, and the emotional core hinges on a betrayal subplot that echoes real-world intelligence failures. For Entertainment News followers, this is the week’s unmissable release. The film also marks Deepika’s return to Hindi cinema after her Hollywood stint, making it culturally significant for Bollywood Box Office discourse.
