Excited to know about the PlayStation portal then your wait is over because a new video featuring the unboxing of a PlayStation device is out. In the video, you can see the unboxing of the PlayStation portal, its size, its comparison with Steam Deck, and many more things.

Yes, we all know that Sony’s PlayStation portal won’t be released until the next week. However, we can take a peek at this new unboxing video and see what it has to offer.

The video is shared by the Spanish YouTube channel Hobby Consolas and in the video we can see how it is handheld. This is something really interesting to witness and feel the excitement of seeing the handheld PlayStation Portal even before it is handheld globally.

Due to an embargo, the portal isn’t turned on, and we don’t know how the device opens up and welcomes its users. Although this embargo prevented us from taking a look at the operations of the PlayStation Portal, we can do various other things.

In the video we can see how the device is unboxed and compared with its peer, Valve’s Steam Deck. At first, both PlayStation Portal and Steam Deck seem the same, but with a close look, we can see how different they are.

Talking about the display, the former has an 8–inch display and the latter has a 7–inch screen. Also when it is handheld it seemed lighter than the Steam Deck. So these two are clear distinctions between two.
