Kabaddi fans have waited nearly a year since PKL 12 wrapped up, and patience is wearing thin. With no official word yet from league organizers, reports now suggest the PKL Season 13 auction could finally take place in mid-October — though a jam-packed international kabaddi calendar might push things even further out.

What’s Causing the Delay

The 12th edition of the Pro Kabaddi League concluded back in October 2025, and fans had hoped for a swift return. Instead, this year’s calendar has become unusually congested, with both the Asian Games 2026 and the Commonwealth Kabaddi Championship also scheduled for the same window, forcing national teams and league organizers to navigate overlapping commitments.

What Happens Before the Auction
