Before the cameras roll, the magic is already happening — and this behind-the-scenes look at Perfect Crown is everything fans needed to see.

April 10 cannot come fast enough. MBC’s most anticipated drama of the season just dropped a behind-the-scenes making video of the Perfect Crown poster shoot — and between Byeon Woo Seok steadying IU’s chair and the entire cast perfecting their waltz poses, it’s already clear this drama is going to be something genuinely special.

Perfect Crown — Cast & Drama Overview

The Sweetest Moments From the Making Video

At the poster shoot, Byeon Woo Seok shared that he tried on nearly five jackets before settling on a grey one, noting that it goes well with the background and fits the vibe of Grand Prince Ian. Even the costume choices tell a story — and this man is already living the character.

When asked which poster he was most looking forward to, Byeon Woo Seok said it was the one wearing a uniform alongside Hui Ju, admitting curiosity about how the waltz vibe came out. The anticipation in his voice is completely contagious.

During the group poster shoot, all four actors — IU, Byeon Woo Seok, Noh Sang Hyun, and Gong Seung Yeon — focused on delivering poses that highlight their individual characters, carefully checking the monitor between breaks.

And then came the moment fans immediately clipped and replayed: when IU faltered slightly while adjusting her position, Byeon Woo Seok sweetly reached out to help stabilize her chair. Effortless chemistry — before a single episode has aired.

During the waltz poster shoot, the writer instructed them not to look directly at the camera, prompting the actors to attentively perfect the subtle details of their pose to create the ideal heart-fluttering visual.
