Pehla Pyaar Doosri Baar First Look: Luv Ranjan Bets Big on Six Fresh Faces

Pehla Pyaar Doosri Baar First Look: Old crushes, troublesome friends, and first love — what could possibly go wrong? According to Luv Ranjan, apparently everything. The first-look poster of Pehla Pyaar Doosri Baar is finally out, and it’s introducing an entirely new set of faces to Bollywood.

Six Newcomers, One Big Bet

T-Series unveiled the poster with a cheeky caption — “Purane Crush, Paapi Dost aur Pehla Pyaar. Red Flags hi Red Flags” — perfectly capturing the film’s playful, chaotic tone. The friendship-comedy marks the acting debut of six actors: Alisha Chopra, Sparsh Walia, Sakshi Vaidya, Kunal Vaid, Sargun Kaur Luthra, and Tushar Chhibber, all sharing the frame in a bright, youthful ensemble shot.

Luv Ranjan’s Return to Launching Talent

Directed by debutant filmmaker Anuj Saini and produced by Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg under Luv Films, the film reconnects Ranjan with the space that shaped his early career. Reflecting on the project, he shared: “Fifteen years ago, I got that opportunity with Pyaar Ka Punchnama, and when something similar came along with Pehla Pyaar Doosri Baar, I knew I didn’t want to let it pass.”

Why This Launch Matters

Introducing six unknown faces in one film is a high-risk move in a market that increasingly leans on star power. But it’s also exactly what gives Pehla Pyaar Doosri Baar its hook — echoing Pyaar Ka Punchnama’s own launch of Kartik Aaryan over a decade ago. If even one of these six clicks with audiences, it could mark the start of a whole new chapter for Luv Films.
