Missed Bandra in theatres? You get a second chance. Three years after its big-screen run, Arun Gopy’s crime drama is heading to your phone and TV. Here’s everything you need before you hit play.

Bandra OTT Release Date and Platform

Bandra premieres on ZEE5 on November 13, 2026, as announced on the platform’s official social media. It first hit theatres on November 10, 2023, so this is a long-awaited digital debut for Tamannaah Bhatia, who made her Malayalam debut here opposite Dileep.

What Is Bandra About?

The story runs on two timelines. In the present, Sakshi, an aspiring assistant director, is hunting for a gripping idea. She becomes obsessed with Tara Janaki, a 1990s Bollywood star whose mysterious death still raises questions.

In the 1990s, Tara is a star trapped by her controlling adoptive mother and a powerful producer. During a shoot in Kollam, she escapes and finds shelter with Aala, a formidable businessman near the fishing harbour. Her new freedom doesn’t last: the producer sends men to drag her back, and Aala must protect her. The film moves between Mumbai and Kerala, building toward the truth about Tara’s final days.

Cast and Crew

Dileep and Tamannaah lead a strong ensemble. Dino Morea, Mamta Mohandas, R. Sarathkumar, Siddique, Kalabhavan Shajohn and Easwari Rao play key roles. Shaji Kumar handled the cinematography, and Vivek Harshan edited the film.
