Vivo X60 Pro unboxing video leaked online, shows different specs of this phone

As per some earlier reports, Vivo is about to launch its Vivo X60 flagship lineup on either 28th or 29th December this year. So, it is a few days left to be launched the X60 series. But, recently an unboxing video of the Vivo X60 Pro got leaked online, revealing most of its specifications. This video has been uploaded on YouTube. Let’s breakdown the unboxing video of this phone.

First of all, let’s talk about the retail box of it and what say, it looks very much similar to the Vivo X60’s retail box we saw a few days back. This box is something Dark bluish colored with a Vivo X60 Pro written on it. After opening the box, the main smartphone is there having a Gray rear panel with a rectangular camera layout up top, and at the bottom, regular Vivo branding is there. What we’ve witnessed, this phone has a rectangular quad rear camera setup. As per the placement of the sensors, three of them are arranged like a triangle whereas the fourth one is a periscope lens places at the bottom beside the ZEISS logo. The rear camera setup is supported by an LED flash.

Coming to the ports and buttons, we can see the power button and the volume rocker on the right side, and at the bottom, it has a microphone, USB-C port, speaker grille, and SIM card tray. As per the display, it looks like a curved one with a centered punch-hole upfront. So, we will be going to see curved displays in the smartphones of the Vivo X60 series. Moreover, we can see a ‘PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY’ slogan and a secondary mic at the top of the unit being unboxed.

After the boot-up, we are able to see the UI of the device, which is greeted with the new OriginOS. So, this series will run the newest OriginOS, based on the latest Android 11 OS. That leaked unboxing video was too short that we were able to witness only this bit of it. However, regarding the specifications, those were tipped earlier, this device will feature an AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and will be powered by the Exynos 1080 SoC.

Realme has unveiled its official mascot REALMEOW a couple of days ago and recently, it has teased the Indian retail boxes of the upcoming Realme X7 and the Realme Watch S.

Realme mascot REALMEOW has posted the image of those retail boxes on the Realme India community page. In that image, we can see a lot of different retail boxes of the upcoming device from Realme India, such as the Realme Smart Bottle, Realme Watch S, Realme X7. However, Realme is about to launch the Watch S and Watch S Pro in India on December 23.

Let’s talk about the retail box of the upcoming Realme watch S Pro, showing that it is a yellow-colored box (Indian variant). On the box, there is an image of the watch that has a circular base with two crowns on the right side, which is quite similar to the one launched in Pakistan back in November.

The Watch S Pro will feature an AMOLED touch screen display. The Watch S comes with a heart rate sensor and a SpO2 sensor. However, Madhav Seth, CEO of Realme India and Europe has recently tweeted an image that gives us a little glimpse at the prototypes of the Watch S Pro. In that image, we can see a lot of watches having a circular screen and a couple of physical buttons. Also, they have straps having different designs, probably those are made up of different materials.

Realme X7

Now, let’s go to the retail box of the Realme X7. More precisely, there are two different boxes of this particular smartphone, one of them is a white box with a big ‘X7’ labeled in Silver accent whereas the other one is a white box too with big stylish ‘X’ labeled in Yellow accent. The first one holds similarity with its Chinese variant, “Fantasy White, C color Gradient”. But, this image lacks the retail box of the Realme X7 Pro.

The Realme X7 comes with a 6.4″ Full HD AMOLED, punch-hole display with (1,080 x 2,400) pixels of screen resolutions and 90.8% screen to body ratio. The screen of this phone is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass. The sampling rate of the screen is 180Hz. In terms of dimension, the Realme X7 measures (160.9×74.4×8.1) mm and weights 175 Grams, which is very light weighted.

The Realme X7 is powered by the Octa-core Dimensity 800U SoC with Mali-G57 GPU. The chipset of this phone is built on the 7nm process technology and its two big cortex-A76 CPU cores run at 2.4GHz.

Now enlighten to the camera part, the phone comes with a quad-rear back camera setup with a combination of a 64MP main snapper with an f/1.8 aperture, 8MP ultra-wide snapper with f/2.3 aperture, 2MP black and white portrait sensor with f/2.4 aperture, and another 2MP macro shooter with f/2.4 aperture. The quad-read camera setup is aligned in a rectangle layout on the backside of the phone. The phone has a 32MP selfie camera with f/2.5 snapper holds in a punch-hole setup on the top left corner of the screen.

The phone houses with 4,300mAh battery capacity with 65W of super-fast charging support. The phone has launched with two types of RAM configuration options- 6GB of RAM with 128GB of storage capacity and 8GB of RAM with 128GB of storage capacity. The phone has 128GB storage with UFS 2.1 storage.

The dual-SIM(Nano) Realme X7 runs on Android 10 with Realme UI on top. The phone is supported by a 5G network. The other connectivity options dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.1, GLONASS, and USB Type-C port. The sensor onboard includes a geomagnetic sensor, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, gyroscope, and accelerometer.

Sony Removes Popular game Cyberpunk 2077 from PlayStation Store, offers full refund

One of the year’s most highly anticipated gaming blockbuster, Cyberpunk 2077, has been plagued by bugs due to which Sony is pulling the game from the PlayStation Store and in an unprecedented instance offering full refunds for anyone who bought the game from the digital storefront, the company said on Thursday. Visit this site and sign in to your PlayStation account to submit a refund request now if you haven’t yet.

The dystopian themed title doesn’t come up in a search for “Cyberpunk 2077” on the web version of the PlayStation store. The radical move to remove the game came after the console version faced reviews calling out problems and an online outcry from players disappointed with its poor performance. On the PS5,  there are repeated crashes and a number of distracting visual glitches. The game fares a lot worse on PS4, Eurogamer reported poor performance, low framerate, and texture pop-in.

Sony’s move to pull the game from the PlayStation store comes just days after CD Projekt Red, the Polish developers of Cyberpunk 2077, said people who are not happy with their purchase on the Xbox One or PS4 should request a refund. Yet, many who bought digital versions of the game were unable to get refunds due to Sony’s stringent refund policy. (With Microsoft’s more generous refund policy, players who bought the Xbox One version of the game have reported better luck.)

According to The Verge, CD Projekt Red posted a note to its investor website disclosing Sony’s decision, saying (PDF):

“The decision [to disclose Sony’s decision] was undertaken following our discussion with SIE [Sony Interactive Entertainment] regarding a full refund for all gamers who had purchased Cyberpunk 2077 via PlayStation Store and want a refund at this time. All copies of the game previously purchased digitally on PlayStation Store remain available for use by their respective buyers. Gamers can still buy physical versions of the game in retail and mail-order stores. All copies, whether digital or physical, will continue to receive support and updates from the Company.”

It’s unclear when Sony plans to return Cyberpunk 2077 to the PlayStation Store.

“SIE (Sony Interactive Entertainment) strives to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, therefore we will begin to offer a full refund for all gamers who have purchased Cyberpunk 2077 via PlayStation Store,” Sony said on Friday according to the Economic Times.

“SIE will also be removing Cyberpunk 2077 from PlayStation Store until further notice.”

All copies of the game, digital and physical, will continue to receive support and updates, and physical copies can still be bought by PlayStation owners. “We are working hard to bring Cyberpunk 2077 back to the PlayStation Store as soon as possible,” says CD Projekt Red.

The Warsaw-based publisher has also committed to releasing patches to improve Cyberpunk 2077 and fix bugs and crashes. They have already released one post-launch update, and in a statement dated December 13th, the studio said another update is “coming within the next 7 days.” More important fixes are planned for January and February. “Together these should fix the most prominent problems gamers are facing on last-gen consoles,” the company said.

English Premier League signs a $500 million contract with BeIN for MENA Region

The deal made by the Premier League is worth a reported $500 million over a span of three years of the 2022 to 2025 rights cycle, the same value as BeIN’s current deal. The pay-TV broadcaster gains rights to all 380 English top-flight soccer matches every season across 24 countries in the region.

The contract also covers Saudi Arabia, where BeIN is banned from broadcasting. The Qatar-based network privately accepts is content will be stolen in the country. The thought behind BeIN’s decision to maintain its level of Premier League investment is a depiction of faith in the rights holder over its efforts to combat piracy.

Per New York Times, Newcastle United, who saw their Saudi-backed takeover blocked by the Premier League earlier this year over the problem of piracy, were the only club to vote against the deal.

Richard Masters, Premier League CEO said, “beIN has an outstanding track record of delivering top-quality Premier League content across all its platforms.”

Nasser Al-Khelaifi, BeIN Media Group chairman, said, “This deal demonstrates that rights holders who do the most to protect their intellectual property also do the most to protect the value of their media rights.”

German soccer’s Bundesliga had found a new broadcast partner in the region after losing BeIN and Serie A had to agree on a rebate with network to reflect the fact that is rights were not exclusive.

What an amazing performance it was from India on the second day of the 1st Test against Australia. The bowlers gave an incredible performance today as Australia got bowled for 191 in reply to India’s 244.

Fantastic bowling performance was shown by India, which was led by a heroic performance from Ashwin with a four-wicket haul. Adding to that Bumrah’s sending back, of both Australian openers added more confidence to others. Later on, Umesh Yadav took three more to pack Australia up for 191 as he bowled back of the length to send back dangerous Marnus Labuschagne and Pat Cummins. Mohammed Shami was also great with his length but was disappointed by the fielders as their performance on the second day was very poor with missing out on the catches.

“Going by what happened last time, the wicket becomes better to bat as the Test match goes on,” Ashwin said during a virtual media conference.
