OPPO F31 Series Launch: Military-Grade Durability Meets Design

OPPO India is revolutionizing smartphone durability with the upcoming OPPO F31 Series, launching September 15, 2025. This groundbreaking lineup combines military-grade toughness with flagship aesthetics, directly addressing Indian consumers’ top smartphone concern: durability.

According to a recent Counterpoint Research survey, 79% of Indian consumers prioritize durability when purchasing smartphones, with over half admitting to regular drops and 85% using devices with wet hands.

OPPO F31 Series Launch: Military-Grade Durability Meets Design

The F31 Series earns its “Durable Champion” title through comprehensive protection features that tackle real-world challenges head-on, from accidental drops to extreme weather conditions.

Key Durability Features

Revolutionary 360° Armour Body Protection

The F31 Series introduces OPPO’s innovative 360° Armour Body featuring a multi-layer “Airbag” design that protects critical components like cameras, speakers, and batteries. This internal shock absorption system acts like miniature shock absorbers, distributing impact energy during drops.

Triple IP Certification provides comprehensive liquid protection:

• IP66: Dust and water resistance
• IP68: Submersion protection up to 1.5 meters
• IP69: High-pressure jet resistance up to 80°C

The unique Equalisation Membrane balances internal and external pressures while blocking liquids and dust, working like a raincoat with microscopic pores for true all-directional waterproofing.

Flagship Design Without Compromise

Breaking the stereotype that durable phones sacrifice aesthetics, the F31 Series delivers premium design across three distinct models:

OPPO F31 Pro+ features Gemstone Blue, Himalayan White, and Festival Pink variants with premium glass finishes and OPPO’s signature Glow process. At just 7.7mm thin and 195g, it houses a 6.8-inch flat AMOLED display with 93.5% screen-to-body ratio.

The lineup’s crown jewel is the 7000mAh five-year durable battery – industry-leading technology that maintains 80% capacity after five years of daily use through bio-inspired self-repairing electrolyte technology.

Innovation That Matches Indian Needs

OPPO’s engineering directly addresses Indian consumer behavior. The F31 Series survived lab testing against 18 real-world liquids including tea, coffee, and soapy water, while the Speaker Drainage system emits pulsating sounds to expel trapped water after liquid exposure.

Advanced smartphone durability features like these position OPPO as India’s preferred brand for water and dust resistance, combining practical protection with cutting-edge technology.

The 80W SuperVOOC Flash Charge ensures users spend less time charging and more time using their devices, while aerospace-grade materials deliver 10% greater strength than previous generations.

With the F31 Series, OPPO proves that Indian consumers no longer need to choose between durability and design – they can have both in one revolutionary smartphone package.
