N’Golo Kante set for new round of discussions with Chelsea for contract renewal

N’Golo Kante and Chelsea are expected to hold a new round of talks surrounding his contract extension soon. The player is keen on staying since he loves the club, the city and the fans. 

However, the terms need to be favourable for him to continue. And the current feeling is a 50/50 chance for him to be a Chelsea player next season. The situation on his renewal was previously quite grim, since the two parties were far apart on the salary. Now, that figure is open for discussion which means that the midfielder could end up continuing with the Blues for the foreseeable future.

The Frenchman has only made two appearances for Chelsea this season. He has been dealing with an injury he sustained in the London derby against Spurs. And several setbacks in his recovery have hindered his role in the squad, as well as the certainty that he would be staying. 

Barcelona are one of the clubs interested in pouncing on the midfielder if he doesn’t stay at Chelsea. However, they will not be able to match the financial offer that the Blues are making.

On release in 2018, On My Block got instant success at Netflix by mixing teenage drama and a dose of good humor. This is really hilarious, over the course of four seasons, the show has got time to explore the importance of social issues like unveiling gang violence and gentrification.  The series introduces a group of four friends as they have bee navigated the high school in Freeridge has tried to make a life for themselves with cries and fun. The episodes are really very creative as well as a unique spin-off following the teen drama formula.

The new trailer introduces the team getting involved with the exact supernatural threats while they hold a cursed box that may change their lives forever. We are expecting this type of storyline to make us fail in love with On My Block in the first place. This is very exciting to see that Freeridge set to push the boundaries that were supposed to become a teen dramedy. The new trailer provides help to know the new better as they battled, kissed, and share the bonds to help them to face getting sorts of trouble. 

All the fans become sad to watch the series come to an end with the release of Season 4 in October 2021. After making On My Block, the creators Lauren Lungeriuch and Eddie Gonzalez & Jeremy Haft return o bring Freeridge to life with those co-creators Jamie Uyeshiro and Jamie Dooner. The brand new spin-off series follows those adventures with the small team of four friends featured by Ketla Monterroso Mejia, Tenzing Norgay Trainor, Bryana Salaz, and Ciara Riley Wilson. In the list of the cast, we will see Peggy Blow, Michael Solomon, Zaire Adams, J.R. Villarreal, and Jean-Paul San Pedro. As a returning cast of the series, we will see Paula Garces, Eric Gutierrez, Eme Ikwuakoe, and Raushanah Simmons.

Presented with the perfect opportunity to get ahead in the title race, Xavi’s men picked up a very important win at the Wanda Metropolitano. They scored at the stadium for the first time in over a thousand days, courtesy of Ousmane Dembele’s match-winning goal.

Atletico Madrid were on a four-match winning run heading into the game. Barcelona, on the other hand, have extended their winning run to seven games across all competitions. 

The game finished with both teams having ten men, as Ferran Torres and Stefan Savic were both shown straight red cards for a wrestling bout off the ball. 

Atletico Madrid had double the number of shots that Barcelona had, despite having lesser possession. And they were unable to beat Marc Andre ter Stegen to at least get back on level terms.

With the clean sheet, the Blaugrana continue to have the best defensive record in the division – conceding only six goals from 16 games played in the league so far. 

It now remains to be seen whether Xavi can help his side maintain their position at the top of the table. However, Carlo Ancelotti’s Real Madrid must not be counted out just yet, with Los Blancos having a history of fighting back when they have been counted out.

Benfica are under investigation for match fixing for the period between 2016 and 2020. The current investigation arises from prosecutors having access to emails which showcase that the club benefited from fraudulent activities. 

Luis Filipe Vieira, the former president, resigned after being arrested for charges relating to tax evasion, aggravated fraud, forgery and money laundering. He was also accused of embezzling funds, alongside a fellow defendant, totalling around £2m. 

Benfica under investigation for match fixing 

‘Taking into account the news made public today, Sport Lisboa e Benfica – Futebol SAD confirms that it appeared in court on January 3, as well as, among others, the members of the Board of Directors from 2016 to 2020 and who are currently in office,’ the club’s brief statement reads. 

‘Benfica SAD will not comment further as the trial is under legal secrecy. Benfica expresses its total willingness to collaborate with the competent authorities, as has always happened up to now.’ 

After the dismissal of Luis Filipe Vieira, Rui Costa was named the new president of the club. The priority for the club was to enter a new era of transparency and accountability. And a year and a half after Costa’s time as president, he is one of those under investigation for match fixing.

Aston Villa are close to wrapping up a deal for Alex Moreno of Real Betis soon. The left-back has been one of the standout players for the Spanish side this season. He has not only been great defensively, but has also provided three assists this campaign. 

His arrival will help the team tighten up at the back, and improve their displays further. Unai Emery’s appointment has provided a much-needed boost to the Midlands club after the decline under Steven Gerrard. And Moreno could soon be a part of the new team under the former Villarreal boss. 

The deal is worth £10.5 million fixed, with £1.8 million available in the form of add-ons. Personal terms have been finalised, and only the details related to the clubs need to be sorted out for it to be completed.

The Realme 10 is currently offered in India, exactly two months after its global launch. A 6.4-inch 90Hz Super AMOLED screen with FHD+ resolution, MediaTek’s Helio G99 CPU, and a 50MP main camera are included in the Realme 10 series’ entry-level device.

Reliance Jio has unveiled the world’s first prepaid 5G data plan. The recently released package offers 6GB of data, after which speeds would drop to 64kbps, and it comes with the same validity as your current plan. The data pack costs Rs 61 and is compatible with the prepaid plans priced at Rs 119, Rs 149, Rs 179, Rs 199, and Rs 209.

The services will be offered at the same price as 4G pricing, and later, new plans will be announced on the teleservice provider’s official website. The plans are location-specific and will be presented in tier-wise order based on the number of users.

Dizo first introduced watch D in June, and Watch D Plus was then introduced in November. Featuring a Dizo D1 chipset, Dizo OS, and Bluetooth calling capability, the Realme TechLife brand unveiled the Watch D Ultra and Watch D Pro.

A square 1.85″ display and one physical button on the side are included with the Pro version. The display offers a 60Hz refresh rate and can be as bright as 600 nits. The gadget features an aluminium frame and sensors for blood oxygen level, heart rate, sleep, and step tracking.

According to the advertising for the D1 chipset, it has a separate GPU and 4 times more RAM on the side to deliver smooth scrolling, improved animation, and “other amazing features.” The Dizo OS now supports more watch faces, has additional functionality, and can be further customized.

With its built-in GPS tracking, the Watch D Pro can monitor more than 110 different sports. Up to seven days of battery life is claimed.

Why iPhone 15 enters Early Trial Production in January 2023?

Earlier the span was about two months but this time it is expected to be only few weeks and its expected to decrease even further because Apple is targeting India heavily.

The PLI scheme, which both Foxconn and Apple will like to benefit alongside the dependence of China, India has now emerged a brighter options for the long-term future. In terms of lineup, the new iPhone 15 series will have the same lineup as the iPhone 14 series with normal iPhone 15 at the heart, iPhone 15 Plus and both iPhone 15 Pro & Ultra.
