The OPPO Find X8 series is expected to launch later this month, featuring two models: the Find X8 and Find X8 Pro. These will be sequels of the Find X7 series with a main focus on camera and performance as flagship. The coming series is said to be running on the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 SoC.

More About the Leaked OPPO Find X8 Box Package

Find X8 series have been spotted on various certification platforms and BIS is one of them. The first hint that it was coming for real actually arrived ahead of launch, when OPPO executive Zhou Yibao posted photos showing the retail packaging for the Find X8 — white and grey accent colors certainly looked minimalistic. The packaging prominently features the text “OPPO AI Phone” and “Find X8,” along with the number 8 printed in gray, and includes branding for both OPPO and Hasselblad.

The retail box will likely contain a SuperVOOC charger, data cable, the phone itself, and possibly a protective case. While the device’s specifics have not yet been revealed, a teaser image released after the iPhone 16’s launch hinted at narrow bezels, a boxy chassis, and flat edges. The OPPO Find X8 is likely to be available in India, as it has received certifications from both BIS and SDPPI. It may feature an additional “Quick” button, which can be utilized for more than just camera functions. The phone has also been spotted on Geekbench, Camera FV-5, and SGS Fimko platforms.

The OPPO Find X8 is said to pack a 6.5-inch 1.5K BOE screen, which is slightly smaller than the 6.78-inch display on the Find X7 in terms of specifications. For performance, we can expect the use of MediaTek Dimensity 9400 SoC which is said to have strong scores in Geekbench reaching 2795 points in single-core and up to 8843 points in multi-core test.

It could have a 50MP triple rear camera and a 32MP selfie camera. In addition, the phone will have up to 80W wired and 50W wireless charging capabilities through a 5,700mAh or 5,000mAh battery, an increase from its predecessor’s at 5000mAh with fast charging up to 100w.
