Oppo A59 5G to launch soon in India: Specifications and price hinted

The upcoming launch of the Oppo A59 5G smartphone in India has been officially confirmed by Oppo. According to the Oppo-shared image, the A59 5G will have two cameras: one in a single circular module and the other with an LED flash in a second circular module.

The A58 5G smartphone’s camera module was housed in a separate pill-shaped design, however the camera area is promoted as a bright, rectangular section on the rear panel.

In contrast to the predecessor, which had a punch hole cutout for the selfie camera, the Oppo A59 5G will have a flat display with a water drop notch. The golden hue of this next smartphone has been hinted at.

This smartphone has previously been certified by Bluetooth SIG and BIS in India.

The 6.56-inch IPS LCD Oppo A58 5G made its debut in November of last year, with a resolution of 720 x 1612 pixels and a brightness of 280 nits. The smartphone comes with storage options for the MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC: 6GB RAM + 128GB, 8GB RAM + 128GB, and 8GB RAM + 256GB.

A 50MP primary sensor and a 2MP depth sensor are included with the dual-rear camera. For taking selfies and making video calls, there is an 8MP camera on the front. Additionally, it has a 33W fast-charging 5000 mAh battery. Dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.3, and USB Type-C 2.0 are all included in the Oppo A58 5G’s connection package.

A dual-rear camera with an LED flash is confirmed by the poster, though. The smartphone has a power button located on the right hump and a dew-drop notch on the front. In addition, the Dimension 6100 SoC may be used in this 5G smartphone. The poster clearly displays the color shining gold.

With product code PCH2617, the Oppo A59 5G is already available on BIS and Bluetooth. The smartphone’s introduction in India is confirmed by the BIS, while the Bluetooth SIG attests to the existence of the Bluetooth 5.3 version. It looks like the smartphone has significant improvements over the Oppo A58 5G, which was its predecessor.
