Massive 9000mAh Silicon-Carbon Battery

The standout feature is the colossal 9,000mAh silicon-carbon battery—the largest ever in a OnePlus smartphone and among the biggest in any mainstream consumer device. This capacity enables up to 10.6 hours of gaming or 22.5 hours of video playback on a single charge.

Despite the enormous battery, both phones support 80W SuperVOOC fast charging, ensuring quick refueling. The devices also function as power banks with 27W reverse charging capability for charging other devices on the go.

Performance-Focused Hardware

The OnePlus Turbo 6 features Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset with exclusive gaming enhancements including the Fengchi Game Kernel for up to 165fps gaming, self-developed G1 Wi-Fi chip, and Lingxi touch chip with 330Hz sampling rate. The flagship-level gyroscope ensures precise gaming controls.

The more affordable Turbo 6V uses Snapdragon 7s Gen 4, delivering capable performance for everyday tasks and gaming at lower price points while maintaining excellent efficiency.

Display Excellence

Both models sport 6.78-inch OLED displays with 1,272p+ resolution and 10-bit color depth. The Turbo 6 offers a blazing 165Hz refresh rate with ProXDR and HDR Vivid certifications, while the 6V delivers smooth 144Hz performance. Peak brightness reaches 1,800 nits with 3,840Hz high-frequency PWM dimming for comfortable viewing.

Camera and Design

The phones feature 50MP primary cameras with OIS, complemented by 2MP monochrome sensors and 16MP front cameras supporting up to 4K 60fps video recording. Three color options are available: Chasing Light Silver, Lone Black, and Wilderness Green.

Connectivity and Availability

The Turbo 6 includes Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth with aptX Adaptive, LDAC, and LHDC 5.0 support. The 6V features Wi-Fi 6. Both use USB-C 2.0 ports and optical fingerprint sensors. No 3.5mm headphone jack or microSD slot is included.

Sales began January 9 in China through Oppo’s web store. Global availability remains unconfirmed, though rumors suggest the Turbo 6V may launch in India as a Nord CE series device.
