It is quite surprising that OnePlus actually did this. The company, may be intentionally or unintentionally, have revealed the name of OnePlus Nord 2 in their official website. We are totally unaware of the reason, but now the company has officially revealed the existence of this smartphone.
“The name surfaces in the FAQ section of the new Stadia Premiere Edition promo that the company is running in the UK, Germany, and France. Alongside listing its expected stable of devices, OnePlus also mentions the yet-to-be-announced Nord2.” which mentions Android Police. According to them, “Since the promo is going to be running until September 30, it would follow that we’re presumably looking at a launch sometime before then.”
Right now it is totally unexpected which mobile processor will e coming with this device. The MediaTek Dimensity 1200 might be featured in this upcoming smartphone but at this time it is safe to expect that there is a 50-50 chance of having a Snapdragon chipset.
Apart from this, tipster Mukul Sharma has also spotted that OnePlus EBBA (EB2101) and OnePlus Denniz (DN2101) have received the Indian BIS certification. These smartphones are expected to launch in India in Q2. This means we have not to wait very long for an official announcement.
