OnePlus 13s Teased for India Launch with Snapdragon 8 Elite

OnePlus has officially confirmed that the OnePlus 13s will launch in India soon. The company shared the first teaser of the upcoming device on April 28, which indicates the design, colour options, and other key specifications of the device. The OnePlus 13s will come in two or more colours and look to have a neat, compact design. It seems to be a rebranded OnePlus 13T, which launched in China this year.

OnePlus 13s Set for India Launch: Teaser Reveals Design, Snapdragon 8 Elite, and Amazon Availability

OnePlus announced via its official X (formerly Twitter) handle. While an exact release date hasn’t been announced, the teaser image — captioned “coming soon” — focuses on the phone’s backside. The device is seen here in black and pink color variants, with dual rear cameras. Aesthetically, the OnePlus 13 trio shares a design previously introduced in China with the OnePlus 13T earlier this month. The official names of the colour variants are expected to be announced closer to launch.

OnePlus has confirmed that the OnePlus 13s will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and will feature a 6.32-inch display. Promotional images also reveal a new Short Key, replacing the traditional Alert Slider.

This upcoming compact phone will be available for purchase through Amazon India exclusively. The revealed design and specs strongly suggest that the OnePlus 13s is essentially the OnePlus 13T, rebadged for the Indian market. In China, the OnePlus 13T starts at CNY 3,399 (approximately ₹39,000) for the model with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage.

The OnePlus 13T runs Android 15 with ColorOS 15.0, featuring a 6.32-inch Full-HD+ display offering up to 1,600 nits brightness and a 120 Hz adaptive refresh rate. Built with a metal frame, it runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. It has a dual 50-megapixel rear camera setup, a 16-megapixel front camera, a 6,260 mAh battery with 80W fast charging, an IP65 rating, and an in-display fingerprint sensor.
