NVIDIA has released GeForce Game Ready Driver 610.47 WHQL — and this week’s update is one of the most game-packed driver drops of the year. The new Game Ready Driver optimises your system for 007 First Light launching this week with DLSS 4.5, the acclaimed LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight featuring DLSS, EA SPORTS F1 25: 2026 Season Pack featuring path tracing and DLSS, and World of Tanks: HEAT featuring DLSS. There’s also support for 40 new G-SYNC Compatible gaming displays.

007 First Light — DLSS 4.5 Day-One Support

In 007 First Light, launching May 27, follow James Bond as a young, resourceful and sometimes reckless recruit in MI6’s training program and discover a reimagined origin story of the world’s most famous spy. This third-person action-adventure game incorporates IO Interactive’s signature stealth gameplay — the same studio behind the Hitman trilogy — with bombastic James Bond action. Embark on missions in breathtaking locations around the globe, drive iconic vehicles, and dive into a cinematic adventure in pursuit of a rogue agent who’s always one step ahead.

007 First Light launches with an uncapped framerate and native support for NVIDIA DLSS 4.5 Super Resolution and Dynamic Multi Frame Generation for great image quality and smooth performance. Path tracing and DLSS Ray Reconstruction will further enhance immersion and detail in Summer 2026.

DLSS 4.5 Dynamic Multi Frame Generation — available on RTX 50 Series GPUs — can multiply frame rates by generating multiple frames per rendered frame, making 007 First Light one of the best showcases for DLSS 4.5 at launch. For RTX 5060 Ti 16GB owners in particular, this is the kind of day-one optimisation that justifies the upgrade.

NVIDIA has also launched a 007 First Light GeForce RTX 50 Series bundle, including a Steam copy of the game with the purchase of qualifying GeForce RTX 5090, 5080, 5070 Ti, 5070, or 5060 Ti desktops or graphics cards, or laptops with GeForce RTX 5090, 5080, 5070 Ti, 5070, or 5060 Laptop GPUs at participating retailers and etailers.

World of Tanks: HEAT — Free-to-Play DLSS Multi Frame Generation

In an alternate post-WW2 timeline shaped by rapid scientific progress, elite Agents equipped with high-tech tanks and unique combat abilities fight a new kind of war defined by precision, firepower, and tactical dominance. World of Tanks: HEAT is a free-to-play PvP 5v5 and 10v10 vehicle shooter packed with explosive combat and non-stop action, launching on multiple platforms on May 26.

GeForce RTX gamers can accelerate and enhance their experience with DLSS Super Resolution and DLSS Multi Frame Generation. NVIDIA Reflex will reduce PC latency, making the multiplayer action game even more responsive and enjoyable. Being free-to-play, HEAT is the easiest entry point for Indian gamers to put the 610.47 driver through its paces immediately.

F1 25: 2026 Season Pack — Cadillac, Audi, and Madrid’s MADRING

This is the update Formula 1 fans have been waiting for. Launching June 3, the F1 25: 2026 Season Pack brings the 2026 F1 grid to the game — lighter, smaller cars with cutting-edge active aerodynamics for a more responsive drive. Race against the latest driver lineups and the two new teams who joined the 2026 grid: Audi, who took over Sauber, and Cadillac, marking the arrival of the first major American car manufacturer in Formula 1.

The pack also introduces MADRING — the first new F1 circuit since 2023. Set in Madrid, this hybrid street and purpose-built track challenges drivers across 5.4km and 22 adrenaline-filled corners.

F1 25 introduced path-traced effects to the franchise for the very first time upon release. GeForce RTX 50 Series owners can activate DLSS Multi Frame Generation to multiply performance, RTX 40 Series owners can accelerate frame rates with DLSS Frame Generation, and all GeForce RTX gamers can use DLSS Super Resolution, DLSS Ray Reconstruction, and NVIDIA Reflex across the 2026 Season Pack.

The NVIDIA Control Panel Is Officially Retiring

With the most recent NVIDIA App update, all actively supported NVIDIA Control Panel features for GeForce users have been modernised and transitioned to the new client. After 20 years of dedicated service, the classic NVIDIA Control Panel is officially retiring for Game Ready and Studio Drivers. For NVIDIA RTX PRO users, the Control Panel will continue to be supported until professional features are migrated to the NVIDIA app.

Existing installs of the NVIDIA Control Panel will remain on users’ systems unless they perform a clean installation. Users who still need it can download it from the Microsoft Store, but NVIDIA will not be adding features, fixes, or other changes.

Install the NVIDIA App now if you have not already — it replaces the Control Panel entirely for GeForce users, runs faster, and adds DLSS overrides, in-game stat monitoring with Alt+R, gameplay recording with Alt+Z, and GeForce Rewards redemption.

40 New G-SYNC Compatible Displays

The 610.47 driver adds support for more than 40 G-SYNC Compatible displays delivering a baseline Variable Refresh Rate experience validated by NVIDIA’s G-SYNC team. Notable additions include:

The Bottom Line

Driver 610.47 is a landmark update — James Bond’s cinematic debut with DLSS 4.5, the 2026 F1 season with Cadillac and Audi on track, a free-to-play tank shooter with Multi Frame Generation, and 40 more G-SYNC validated displays. The retirement of the NVIDIA Control Panel after 20 years is the quiet footnote that actually signals the biggest long-term change. Update your driver today.
